... many answers, some of which belied the teachings of the theology or scientific paradigm of the time and for this many seekers have suffered in their time, and we have benefited in ours. We honor those seekers who have suffered with both our tears for their pain and our joy for the freedom they have brought us -- freedom to seek ever greater things. We also encourage seekers of our day to find new answers to new questions, both personal and private ones, as well as those on public, community issues. Some examples:
There are, of course, many other examples, which we will present in a separate area as time progresses, but we offer these few to give an idea of what we mean. We realize there are things beyond our present understanding and these may be due to phenomenon we don't at present grasp, but we wonder at the wisdom of attributing these unexplained phenomena to "paranormal" causes, since, if something exists, it is by definition "normal", even if not understood. |
